ASIF MENGHRANI

Raised in London, Asif’s desire to explore other cultures after graduating in Business Information Systems led him to Switzerland. At the age of 27 he set up his first business in Zürich  while simultaneously pursuing his EMBA in Lausanne. In 2011, he founded Menghrani GmbH, a company dedicated to effectively serving businesses undergoing strategic digital transformations. Over time, Asif expanded his expertise, becoming a qualified Non-Executive Board Director (NED) and further advancing his knowledge through specialized executive education programs.

Asif's career is highlighted by his strategic advisory roles to boards and executives, where he has delivered growth acceleration, nurtured new collaboration cultures, and elevated service levels. His contributions include:

• Playing a pivotal role in the merger of Price Waterhouse and Cooper & Lybrand's groupware backbone, a critical component of PwC's global operating culture.
• Successfully implementing UBS' inaugural global retail FX platform.
• Spearheading multi-year, international digital business transformations at Novartis, Fresenius, and PwC.

As a leader adept at managing diverse teams across cultures, Asif possesses exceptional negotiation, influencing, and communication skills. These talents have allowed him to cultivate robust relationships with stakeholders worldwide.
