Asif is a dynamic NED, Change & Transformation Programme Manager with over twenty-five years of international experience within stringent, regulatory focussed environments. Living and working throughout Europe, Scandinavia, Asia and USA has provided him with the ability to understand and address the concerns, challenges and resistance to change.
Adept at managing multi-faceted teams across cultures, Asif has exceptional negotiation, influencing & communication skills, used to excellent effect in building strong relationships with Global stakeholders. A key influencer in board level strategic decision making & strategy implementation, he is ideally placed to translate the language of organisational change, tools and infrastructure into results that support the strategic goals of his clients. His extensive consulting experience has sculptured a seasoned professional, mentor, and trainer, experienced in delivering complex, multi-year Global programmes.
As well as representing his clients’ best interests, he enjoys creative writing, horology, skiing, running, yoga, travelling, photography, and philanthropy.
